Interviewing with Park & Battery is a two-way street. You get to know us, we get to know you, we see if we’re a fit. Of course we look for skills, but more importantly we look for passion and kindness. Here’s what you can expect from our process.

It all starts with an email. Let us know if you think you’re a good match for a role.
Say hello to your potential manager. They’ll want to know all about you, and they’ll answer any questions you have about the role, the team, or anything else you want to know about.
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a tiny assignment. The brief is fictional, but it’s a chance for us to see the real you and how you really think.
You’ll interview with a Park & Battery partner to discuss your fit within the agency. Bring your questions, too.
