Park & Battery Names Rebecca Falk Vice President, Client Services

by | Mar 3, 2022

Based in San Francisco, Rebecca joins P&B with fifteen years’ experience leading engagements and delivering transformational results for some of the world’s best tech, biotech, and professional services brands, on both the agency and client-side, in both her native United Kingdom and in the United States.

“We could not be more thrilled to welcome Rebecca home to Park & Battery,” says Ted Kohnen, agency CEO. “With her experience as both an in-house digital marketer and an agency leader, our clients can expect a remarkable partner who has likely done anything they may need done. I can’t think of anyone better to spearhead our client services team and help scale our agency.”

Rebecca joins Park & Battery after holding senior account services roles at leading B2B agencies Stein IAS and Retina, where she led engagements with clients such as Meta/Facebook, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Juniper Networks, Zendesk, Oracle, Riverbed, Boeing, Korn Ferry, and eXp World Holdings, among many others. Her clients’ brands and campaigns have been recognized by The One Show, Ad Age, The Drum, the Association of National Advertisers, and the Content Marketing Institute. Rebecca began her career as a digital marketing and marketing automation specialist at IHS Markit, an S&P Global company. In addition, Rebecca has served on the ANA Business Marketing NorCal board since 2020.

“I am so excited about the agency’s focus on strategy, brand and creative impact, and I look forward to guiding our clients with the benefit of my experience working across major industries globally, especially in technology and data,” says Rebecca.

“Most of all, I’m energized by our clients and our team. My focus is both on growing and sustaining our external relationships – and internally on defining processes and developing culture built on kindness and respect.”

An adventurer at heart, Rebecca takes any opportunity she can to explore the world. She has cycled down the world’s most dangerous road in Bolivia, trekked in Rwanda with the wild mountain gorillas, and swam from Alcatraz to San Francisco. When not parachuting out of planes, Rebecca loves being at home with her dog, Buddy, and cats Bowie and Ziggy.

Michael Ruby, President and Chief Creative Officer adds, “Rebecca – or ‘Beaky,’ as she’s affectionately referred to – combines a deep sense of responsibility and strong business acumen with an empathy and humor that puts everyone at ease. She’s strong and results-oriented, but she’s also down to earth and develops incredibly profound relationships with her clients.”
